Orchard Way is a new student park that opened fall semester, 2000. It is managed by my wife and me. Because we managed a large student park in Auburn for 25 years, we feel that we are able to help you meet your housing needs. We will work with you and your parents to stay within your housing budget whether you own or rent.



For years we have seen mobile home living become more and more popular with students. They offer more privacy and are more economical than apartments and dormitories.

The park boasts three fishing ponds, a swimming pool and a volleyball court and the Tiger Transit.



Lots start at $160.00 a month.



At the present time we have several lots available and are accepting 1995 or newer mobile homes (at least 14 feet wide). There are rental units available, and mobile homes for sale as well. (Please visit our rental and sale pages.)
