  • PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CARTS BEFORE CHECKOUT. We are not able to add/remove items or edit size/colors after you check out. Orders cannot be edited once placed. We cannot change your payment method once your order is confirmed. You must apply store credit if you wish to use it. 
  • This website is separate from the Orchard Way app and dash. The systems do not integrate. 
  • You will need to REGISTER your email for an OrchardWay.com account. This new account will not integrate with your app or dash accounts. You may also choose to checkout as a "guest."
  • Dash Cash and shop credits from CommentSold (app or dash) can not be redeemed on this website.

      • Shipping: $8.50 flat-rate shipping on each order. We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for ITEMS to ship. {FINE JEWELRY 10-14 business days} Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days. We promise we will be doing our absolute best to ship as fast as possible! Tracking can be found in your customer dashboard! {please allow 48 hours for tracking to update in USPS, if you have tracking and no update please hold tight for it to update, prior to emailing.}
        • Pre-orders: Preorder items will be clearly marked in the product title and the product description. Any order containing preorder items mixed with In-stock items will hold your order until the preorder items arrive. You must separate your order if you would like the in stock items to ship ASAP. Pre-order shipping turn-around-times are ESTIMATED, and sometimes delays happen. Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds due to arriving late.
          • Giveaways: If you are the tagged winner of a giveaway please send us an email to support@orchardway.com, please note we ship out giveaways once a month due to the volume we do, thanks for your patience. Failure to REGISTER, forfeits your giveaway. You must be a member of our group to be eligible. If you are the winner of one of our giveaways, please send us an email.
          • Mystery Items/Grab Bags: - All "Mystery" and "Grab Bag" items are FINAL SALE. These items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
