- ITEMS MAY NOT BE WORN. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. THE ITEM MUST BE PUT IN THE MAIL TO SEND BACK WITHIN (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP.
- An Account credit will be automatically issued . You must mail the item back to the Orchard Way office and the Item MUST BE FREE OF SMELLS/PERFUME AND NOT WORN.
- *IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST
- ALL ACCOUNT CREDITS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF ORCHARD WAY RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.
- Any unauthorized returns will be mailed back to the sender at their own cost. Credits CANNOT be used until the return item has been processed and approved.
- We do not email you when the item is received. Please keep tracking #'s for your own records.
- IF we have the item to exchange we will do so, if not have the item we will apply a credit to your account. If a credit is applied you will receive an email informing you of the account credit.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: Final Sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
