Shipping & Return Policy

    • PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CARTS BEFORE CHECKOUT. We are not able to add/remove items or edit size/colors after you check out. Orders cannot be edited once placed. We cannot change your payment method once your order is confirmed. You must apply store credit if you wish to use it. Authorized waitlists & preorders are not eligible for cancelation. 
    • Market orders are ALWAYS FINAL SALE! 
  • Route Shipping Insurance: You have the option to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout. This shipping insurance protection is provided by Route, a third-party. There will be a very small fee to add this optional insurance. *If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, Orchard Way will not be responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages.*
  • Shipping Rates:
  • US Domestic: $8.50 flat-rate shipping fee.
  • Canada: Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
  • Freshies ship within 10-14 business days, as they are made to order to ensure freshness. 
  • We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for ITEMS to ship. 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS for Fine Jewelry/Keep it gypsy. Please allow 28-30 business days for market orders.  Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days. We promise we will be doing our absolute best to ship as fast as possible!
  • Tracking information will be provided via email. {please allow 48 hours for tracking to update in USPS, if you have tracking and no update please hold tight for it to update, prior to emailing}
  • Orders typically can not be edited/canceled once your order is placed and has an order #. 
  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages to provide fastest service. You will receive email updates for each shipment summarizing items with tracking information.
  • Pre-orders/market orders: Preorder items will be clearly marked in the product title and the product description. Any order containing preorder items mixed with In-stock items will hold your order until the preorder items arrive. You must separate your order if you would like the in stock items to ship ASAP. Pre-order shipping turn-around-times are ESTIMATED, and sometimes delays happen. Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds due to arriving late. Market orders ship within 3-4 weeks!

              Return Policy: 

              Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy! 

              • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted for store credit only. You must complete the Return Form within 7 business days of receiving your order. You must ship the return to our warehouse within 14 business days. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries, we understand! 

              • Fine Jewelry Carries a 30 day limited warranty from Orchard Way In the event of a defect, or damage.

              • To initiate a return, please email support@orchardway.com. You will receive an auto-reply with a link to our Return Form.

              • Damages must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving the item. Email photo of the defect to support@orchardway.com.

              • If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, missing tags, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! <3 

              • Returns are eligible for store credit only.

              • Please note mystery items, items bought with a coupon code, sale items and preorder/customized items are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable 

              • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

              • Please do not send back an item without first completing the Return Form. Returns without a form are unable to be processed. 

              • Returns may take up to 10-14 business days to process.

              • Please keep your return tracking numbers for your own records. 

              • SEZZLE: If you return an item you paid for using Sezzle, it is just as if you used a regular credit card. Orchard Way will issue you store credit. You would still be responsible for making your payments to Sezzle.
